Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha pengolahan bonggol pisang di Desa Pringgacala Kecamatan Karangampel Kabupaten Indramayu. dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dan desain penelitian deskriptif. Strategi dirumuskan ananlisis SWOT. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukan bahwa Indramayu berada pada kuadran lima posisi titik Growth atau Stability (konsentrasi melalui integrasi horizontal profit strategi) yang memiliki arti komponen dapat diterapkan yaitu S-O (Strength-Opportunities), menciptakan kekuatan memanfaatkan peluang. terdiri dari dua dianalisis QSPM, maka diperoleh prioritas sebaiknya oleh pengusaha ; (a) Memanfaatkan modal, teknologi ada serta menjaga kualitas produk mengembangkan meningkatkan jumlah produksi agar memenuhi permintaan pasar lebih luas.; (b) Memperluas jaringan pemasaran cara memperbanyak agen reseller SDM dalam melakukan kerja sama dinas instansi terkait dikenal masyarakat luas.
